The Menu is located in the top-left corner of the Configurator window. It provides options for client-specific settings like:
If a VOCOM device is connected via USB but is not detected, use the Connectivity Check to help identify the cause. Connectivity Check attempts to detect and communicate with the USB-connected VOCOM device, then displays the results.
For step-by-step instructions, see Connectivity Check.
Auto Connect allows the user to toggle (enable/disable) between the “Auto connect function” and the “Auto connect notifications”.
Note: New devices are displayed in the network list. If a device has been configured for the PC, it will automatically reconnect when the PC is restarted.
In most cases, the mapping does not need to be changed. This feature should be used only in specific scenarios and by experienced users. An incorrect mapping can prevent the diagnostic application from connecting to the VOCOM device.
For more information, read Mapping.
Log levels can be changed per log module. The available VOCOM log modules are as follows:

VOCOM Windows logs are stored here: "C:\ProgramData\ACTIA I+ME GmbH\VOCOM II\Log".
Note: Log levels are reset to their default values after a driver/installer update.
Device logs are typically used for troubleshooting and support cases and may be requested by the help desk.
